Abstract: In China, with the rapid development of new pattern urbanization, of economy, and of urban expansion, a large migrant population rushes into the cities for jobs so that the system of urban public service faces many challenges. Currently, in the western cities, concerning the public service supply for migrant population, the serious problems are the obstacles appearing in the public service supply and its insufficient fund. In order to solve these problems, it is a must to strengthen the management standardization of migrant population, ensure a sufficient supply of necessary funds of the public service for migrant population, and bring the government into a leading role in the supply of public service.
