HPLC Fingerprint of Leaf of Sauropus rostratus Miq. from Different Places

Abstract: The fingerprint of Sauropus rostratus Miq. from different places were established to provide scientific foundation for the quality control of Sauropus rostratus Miq.. High performance of liquid chromatography(HPLC) was adopted, the separation was performed on Phenomenex (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid solution with a gradient elution, the detection wavelength was 305 nm, the column temperature was set at 30 ℃ and the flow rate was 1 mL/min. The analysis was performed with similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM(Version 2012.1). In the fingerprint, 8 common peaks were confirmed and the similarity of 10 batches of Sauropus rostratus Miq. were above 0.9. The research could provide scientific foundation for the quality control method for Sauropus rostratus Miq..
