论海南军话的来源和归属

Abstract

Abstract: Comparing Hainan jun dialect with southwest mandarin, Jianghuai mandarin and common language of the Ming Dynasty, it is founded that there are many similarities between Hainan jun dialect and Guilin-Liuzhou mandarin, and there exists a relationship of evolution between Hainan jun dialect and common language of the Ming Dynasty, so it is believed that Hainan jun dialect and Guilin-Liuzhou mandarin are both derived from the mandarin of Ming Dynasty. On a synchronic level, because the vanishing of tail vowel in entering tone in Hainan jun dialect belongs to the rising tone, Hainan jun dialect can be incorporated into Guilin-Liuzhou dialect, a sub-dialect of the Southwest mandarin.
