“The Form of Education” and “the Meaning of Education” ——The Change of “Form” and “Meaning” in the Process of Professional Development of Teachers

Abstract: In the life cycle of teachers’ professional development, they experience several career stages: quasi-teachers, new teachers, skilled teachers and expert teachers, and each stage has different characteristics and development obstacles. In view of the changes in the “education form” and “educational meaning” in the professional development of teachers, the teachers’ development support system provides different levels of training and guidance, in order to help teachers to understand the “form”and “meaning” of education and teaching in the process of grasping the “form”of teaching methods and teaching strategies, to deepen the speculation of educational philosophy, to pursue the irreplaceable significance and value of education and teaching, to realize the unique role of education in human development, to promote teachers under the guidance of the formation of teaching philosophy and finally to grow into an expert teacher.
