Analysis of the Development Mode of Higher Vocational Education and Exploration of Its Innovation Paths in the Western Region

Abstract: With the development of higher vocational education in China, higher vocational education in the western region has developed rapidly with its main development modes“Industry-University-Research” cooperation mode, “Cooperation of colleges and enterprises” mode, “Combination of work and study” mode and “Cooperation among universities” mode. Based on western regional characteristics, this paper explores the innovation paths of the development mode of higher vocational education in the western region from the perspectives of educational philosophy, talents cultivation mode, teaching mode and so on.
