Towards Synergy: The Rational Construction Between Government and Social Organizations in Social Management

Abstract: In social management, forming a highly collaborative relationship and consultative collaborative relationship is the rational orientation of constructing a relationship between government and social organizations. The common interests, functional coupling and smooth communication are the essence of the collaborative relationship between government and social organization. The irrational relationship between the government and social organization includes competition, co-optation and alienation. They lead to a lot of problems in the social management, which would be harmful for achieving the goal of “good governance”. This is the practical reason why collaborative relationship should be built between government and social organization. In order to realize the collaborative relationship between the government and social organization, we should advance on the whole by creating the atmosphere of cooperation, improving the system of cooperation, innovating cooperation mode, and expanding communication channels.
