Abstract: Responsibility is a mission of human beings, but only by taking it appropriately can we accomplish the mission better. The fulfillment and appropriateness of social responsibility addresses great importance to methods. The general view of social background and individual’s role, the combination of ideal and realistic standards, and the consideration of individual and social obligations are the common strategies for individuals in choosing their duty and responsibility. And cultivating and improving citizens’ sense and capability of responsibility is the key to the realization of appropriate responsibility.
