On the Role of Campus Culture Construction in Mental Health Education in Rural Primary and Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

Abstract: Campus culture is a business card of school and it also serves as a carrier to promote the students’ health. It carries the fine tradition of establishing high moral values and cultivating talents, inheriting spirit, and developing health, thus playing a great role in mental health education in school. The development of rural mental health education is relatively slow on account of the limit of funds, materials and teachers, etc. This paper, by employing the perspective of positive psychology, explores the role of campus culture construction in mental health education in rural primary and secondary schools so as to provide more feasible and effective channels for the promotion of mental health education in rural primary and secondary schools.
