Journal of Guangxi Teachers Education University (Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition). 2019, 55 (2):  1-9.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6597.2019.02.001

In most cases, studies on Lin Yutang adopt such perspectives as western culture and traditional Chinese culture. His contribution to the May Fourth New Culture, however, has long been ignored by domestic scholars, thus never carrying due weight. Lin, through his taking advantage of modern linguistics, filled the gap in pushing forward the emerging culture and fulfilled his aspiration, like Hu Shi, one pioneer, to serve for the revolution in the classical Chinese. In addition to his radical thoughts on culture, Lin also bore the traits of tolerance and inclusiveness told by his critical attitudes towards viewpoints and positions of his oppositions, though he had divided opinions with those who took the lead in the May Fourth New Culture Movement. A study on Lin’s contribution, therefore, helps relocate and thus enrich the May Fourth New culture, which will further shed light on our all-round interpretation and strategic conversion of western culture, traditional Chinese culture and profile of the May Fourth New Culture.

Xin Bian Shi Wen Lei Ju Qi Zha Yun Jin, a classic of Yuan Dynasty in the National Library, is a folk book of people’s daily life for communicative application. The book was compiled in the early Yuan Dynasty, and almost all the poems and articles of social intercourse included were written by scholars of the Southern Song Dynasty or from the Song to the Yuan Dynasty. However, this book was not used in the compilation of Quan Song Ci, Quan Song Shi, or Quan Song Wen, so it has a high value of literature utilization for supplementing poems and articles of the Song Dynasty. Besides, it also has a certain historical value of the study on folk books of people’s daily life and folk society in the Song and the Yuan Dynasties, but it is not the same book as Qi Da Yun Jin Shang in Yong Le Da Dian. This book has the common problem of imprecise compilation as folk books have, which researchers should keep in mind when using it.

Blessed with this, the militant training achieved evident progress, thus making specific contribution to the conscription for the Anti-Japanese War. However, the insufficiency of the system and the corruption of the Kuomintang government plunged its role as was expected a failure as the recruitment had always been tough due to the negative stand on conscription from able-bodied men.

Journal of Guangxi Teachers Education University (Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition). 2019, 55 (2):  37-43.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6597.2019.02.005

Since ancient Greece, the philosophical journey about a good life, with its different interpretations, has provided different solutions for dealing with the relationship between community and individual. Marx and Engels’ demand for a good life, embodied in their prospect of communism, relying on the association of free individuals, refers to a “better human society” on the basis of material productive forces development. The distinctive significances of “a good life” in the view of Marxist philosophy are implied as follows: (1) the association of free individuals sorts out the relationship between individual and community; (2) historical materialism organically combines the material and the spirit; (3) the communist society underlines the richness of the individual development.

The Logic of Alienated Labor and Its Liberation ——Two Different Theoretical Approaches Employed in Marx’s Paris Manuscripts
YOU Xin-wei
Journal of Guangxi Teachers Education University (Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition). 2019, 55 (2):  44-49.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6597.2019.02.006
Abstract ( 244 )   PDF(pc) (1253KB) ( 782 )   Save
In order to deal with the problem that lies in the theory of alienated labor in the first manuscript of Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts, Marx developed two theoretical approaches in his Paris Manuscripts. In Comments on James Mill, Marx complemented the theory of alienated labor by adopting his theory of communication alienation as it well coped with the dynamic process of interaction between labor and capitalistic private property. However, it is such a theoretical framework integrating alienated labor with the process of circulation that may suppress the subjectivity of labor which definitely lead to labor’s approach and shift to alienation. In the third note of Economic and Philosophic Manuscripts, Marx reinterpreted labor and its alienation based on the perceptual philosophy and spoke highly of industrial labor of capitalism, in which labor might liberate itself from alienation on the base of richness of sensuousness. In this way available in Marx’s Paris Manuscript are the two different theoretical approaches, which constitute the theoretical interpretation of early Marxist Philosophy.

LUO Jian, LIANG De-you
Journal of Guangxi Teachers Education University (Philosophy and Social Sciences Edition). 2019, 55 (2):  50-56.  DOI: 10.16088/j.issn.1001-6597.2019.02.007
Abstract ( 193 )   PDF(pc) (1261KB) ( 522 )   Save
Ecological sharing is a concept proposed for addressing the problem of “disharmony” between people, and between human and nature, so as to realize people’s symbiosis and coexistence. Ecological sharing is the inherent logical requirement of Xi Jinping’s concept of shared development, whose premise, motivation, value and goal are closely related to ecological sharing. To realize ecological sharing in China, we still confront with many restricting factors in ideology, interest orientation, system guarantee, power gathering, experience demonstration and so on. It is, therefore, necessary to guide all parties concerned to participate in ecological sharing with the concept of fairness and justice, guarantee ecological sharing in an overall way, promote ecological joint construction and sharing with the stimulation of interpersonal force, and promote ecological sharing gradually with the improvement of the system.

Abstract ( 306 )   PDF(pc) (1318KB) ( 614 )   Save
As an effective form of grass-root democratic autonomy, the current villagers’ self-governance system in rural China was a product of a specific economic era. Since the reform and opening-up, with the transformation of the economic structure, the rural economy has undergone major changes, such as the imbalance of economic development in different rural areas, which led to the unbalanced development of villagers’ self-governance. As a result, the problems of uneven distribution of governance power exist in varying degrees. In order to know how and in what kind of form the self-governing system will sustain and develop, the author, on a basis of the analysis framework of the “power-resources” theory, by making an thorough analysis of the economic development of different villages in China and the practice of village autonomy, put forward four forms of villagers’ self-governance: retrieving governance, distributed governance, corporate governance, and project governance. At the same time, the governance of different villages determines the self-governance performance of villagers. To overcome the dilemma of “practice” of village autonomy, it is necessary to explore the effective realization forms of villagers’ self-governance under different economic conditions.

In any social evaluation period, human factors always have an extremely important position and they act an extraordinarily critical role. Since the reform and opening-up, human shaping has undergone fundamental changes in guiding ideology, goal orientation and their means. In the guiding ideology of human shaping, we should correctly handle the relationship between ideological & political education and material interests from the reality that China will still remain in the primary stage of socialism for a long period. In the direction of human shaping, we should focus on cultivating talents who can be well adapted to China’s modernization. In the way of human shaping, we should return to normal political life, focus on standardized school education, and adopt a shift—a comprehensive culture-oriented approach. Such fundamental changes serve as an integral part of China’s modernization drive since human modernization is the inevitable requirement of social modernization, and it is also the developing trend of social modernization.

Abstract ( 246 )   PDF(pc) (1786KB) ( 334 )   Save
After the migrant children enter into a city, their own culture and urban culture will meet, collide and crash, in which process comes an interaction. The practice of life education in the school provides the acculturation for different groups’ cultures. This research applies anthropological theories, concepts and research methods to long-term field work in one school recruiting migrant children in Beijing. From microcosmic perspective, we explored the mechanism of cultural integration education of migrant children. The concept of "symbiosis" that life education has adhered to, the study reveals, is homologous with the education of cultural integration. Based on that, we conclude that the education of cultural integration in school should be based on the harmony between life and nature; its mentality is a broad mind; its goal is to respect each other and grow together.

But in the advanced stage, they are basically the same, and the ranking principle of the parallel items adopted by international students does not show obvious difference. An analysis of improper usage tells that the overall error rate from the primary to the advanced stage is declining, and both the international and native students do not have sequence errors, but the cases of misappropriation errors occupy the most.

The interlanguage, as an independent linguistic system, has its own systematicness, about which empirical studies are still absent. In terms of sentence pattern distribution and its complexity, there exist both similarities and differences between Chinese interlanguage employed by Korean overseas students and the language employed by native Chinese, and each bears its own characteristics, a comparison of closeness and exhaustiveness of two corpuses reveals. The usage of the sentence patterns employed by beginners to advanced learners also has internal consistency, and the utilization rate, complexity and error rate indicate the trend of a gradual move toward the target language. All of these conclusions prove that the interlanguage has its own systematicness from an empirical point of view.

This paper focuses on the statistical analysis of Korean students’ using and acquisition on dummy verbs (DV), with one million Chinese characters in the graded inter-language corpus as the data base. It reveals that in word patterns and illustrative sentences, the usage of dummy verbs shows a growing trend from primary to advanced learners, and the complication of two types of syntactic form, adverbials located before DV and “attributives + gerund” used as an object, are easily observed. Besides, using a typical noun or noun phrase as an object of dummy verbs is a prominent error type, and it is not good enough even for the advanced learners in the acquisition of syntax, semantics and pragmatics rules of Chinese dummy verbs.
