India Professional Accreditation of Engineering Education (IPAEE): Basic Framework, Experience and Revelation

Abstract: IPAEE enjoys a high reputation as it is qualified with a relatively independent accreditation body, a comprehensive and systematic accreditation standard, and normative accreditation procedure. In addition, it stresses the graded accreditation, the internationalization and localization of accreditation standards, as well as the training of professional accreditation. On this basis, China should construct the corresponding system centered on objective, raise its standard so as to realize a mutual recognition between countries, and strengthen the publicity work with an aim to build the internal quality guarantee system.
