The Tension of Compulsory Education Teachers’ Rational Flow in Ethnic Areas under the New Urbanization

Abstract: The temperament of new urbanization is characterized by subject advocating, people-oriented; justice and sharing achievements; overall coordination and deep integration; intensiveness and efficiency; layout optimization; ecological civilization, greenness and low-carbon; cultural heritage and highlighting the characteristics. The value pursuit of new urbanization puts forward new requirements for the rational flow of compulsory education teachers in ethnic minority areas. Since the demands for rational flow of teachers within compulsory education in ethnic minority areas, from the perspective of key elements in the rational flow of teachers, this paper reveals some important characteristics of the reasonable floating teachers of compulsory education in minority areas under the background of new urbanization.
