江湖与庙堂之争:文学教育的走向

摘要: 文学教育是语文教育最重要的内容。在当今的多元化时代,文学教育应该走向高雅还是通俗,成为了文本选择的争议焦点。从问题之象、问题之根、问题之争、问题之解四个不同的视角看,应坚定文学教育在语文教育中的核心地位。

Abstract: Professional development of teachers in colleges and universities matters a lot for their higher professional accomplishments, better qualities in students' training and sustainable development in higher education. As a systematic program, it involves several benefit-related subjects, such as teachers, institutions of higher learning, governments, enterprises and families, so collective efforts made by the above stakeholders is necessary to promote professional development of teachers in colleges and universities. In terms of the construction of multiple support system for professional development in colleges and universities in ethnic areas , on the one hand, teachers, institutions of higher learning, enterprises, governments and families, all these subjects should be guided to give full play to their functions; On the other hand, coordination among the relevant subjects should be strengthened, making support system for professional development of teachers in colleges and universities form an organized whole, which will eventually provide multi-level and multi-aspect support for that in ethnic areas.
