Abstract: Reconstruction of ethics is actually a kind of cultural restoration or correction. But each ethical advocate, with new ideas, new culture or new lifestyle, needs comprehensive and exact understanding towards human’s profound nature. The comprehension of human being’s specificity is a key to humanistic thoughts. Cultural inheritance includes the succession and development of humanistic philosophy in every historical stage. In the process of ethical reconstruction in contemporary society, we should balance the nature and super-nature, and try to keep perfect equilibrium between society and individuals. Inclination to the vulnerable groups is a major trend of world culture, and should become the key point of ethical reconstruction. Another target of ethical reconstruction is to build internal ethics which has strong individuality and deep to human mind. However, rational consciousness in humanistic philosophy will bring some confusion to ethical reconstruction.
