食品安全抽检监测风险治理流程及功能优化研究

Abstract

Abstract: As food safety is directly related to people's safety and health, in its supervision risk control should be taken as the first priority. With risk governance’s having been widely used in all kinds of risk prevention and control, how to accurately position the risk governance function of food safety sampling inspection and to further perfect the inspection process so as to optimize its function is worth studying. Future sampling inspection in China, the previous literature, and 50 typical cases and practice progress of sampling inspection in 2017 tell, should enhance the mechanism of central-local linkage and political-social interaction on the basis of risk monitoring and disposal, and refine the process and optimize the function in terms of adopting multi-source risk information, taking advantage of complementary monitoring network, enhancing risk identification, improving risk communication, and enhancing risk tracking.
