Abstract: This paper combines the basic theory of the Kano Model with the elements of online classroom learning experience, and the key experience elements are determined through the steps of Kano questionnaire design and survey, survey data analysis and selection of improvement elements. The results show that: 39 learning experience elements need to be improved, of which 7 weigh most and affect learners’ learning experience, such as the establishment of feedback system, the relevance of course content, and the quick search function; the setting of course duration is irrelevant as it has no impact on learning experience; a need to register for online browsing and set student qualification falls into reverse element which has a negative impact on learning style. As for online classroom service, more functions provided do not necessarily bring forth more benefit, that is to say, the service should be designed according to user needs.

Key words: online classroom, learning experience, the Kano Model, information technology, learning spaces, inter-activity
