论岭南文化精神与港人国民意识的建构

Abstract

Abstract: Lingnan Culture, one of Chinese local cultures, is the cultural foundation shared by Hong Kong, Guangdong and some other areas as well as the conceptual foundation of the identity sense of the people in these areas. The essence of Lingnan Culture lies in the spirit of patriotism and identity of being a Chinese, which come from the development of Lingnan Culture in the past hundreds of years. Hong Kong plays a very important role in the development and evolution of Lingnan Cultural spirit. On the condition that lots of Hong Kong people are confused about their national consciousness and identity, it is fairly significant to bring into full play the superiority of Lingnan Culture which acts as a cultural link between Hong Kong and the mainland.
