Abstract: Xi’s thought of such finds its innovation in terms of philosophical theory, international relation and form of social existence. New holism and the theory of harmony thus came out, from which brings forth a paradigm shift of the old holism, Darwinism and social Darwinism, i.e. a new social ethical value of overall interests of human beings are put forward. Under such a view of interests, a new international political relation with win-win cooperation as the core is established, and the corresponding concept of economic development is put forward. Such a view of interests, in terms of social existence, also brings forth “peaceful rise” an approach of national rejuvenation, “harmony in diversity” a mode of co-existence between nations, and “harmony” a type of human-nature relations.
