An Analysis of the Community with a Shared Future for Mankind from the Perspective of Marx’s Public Thought

Abstract: Both the concept of‘a community with a shared future for mankind’ and Marx’s publicity thought share similarities in theoretical pursuit and in solving practical problems as they are each concerned about the common interests and destiny of human beings and they all aim at solving the public problems among human society. Marx’s publicity thought provides the ideological resources and theoretical fodder for the ‘community with a shared future for mankind’. To be more specific, the publicity of human and society provides the existential basis for the latter; the public interest beyond national boundaries provides the consensus foundation and value demand for it; and ‘the community of freeman’ provides the guideline and thus is the practical purpose of the latter.
