An Analysis of “Political Potential Energy”——An Interview with Professor He Dong-hang

Abstract: “political potential energy” is a modern expression of traditional discourse, as well as a brand-new interpretation framework of Chinese governance model. Its value lies in its taking the CPC leadership as the core variable of China's political operation, and its facing up to the complexity and uniqueness of China's policies. Such a breakthrough in the dual thinking of the state and society enables its theoretical achievements to be applicable to Party history, Party building, and Marxism research, thus coming out its academic value.
