Analysis on China's Concept of Foreign Aid

Abstract: The achievements of China's foreign aid have benefited from the unique concept of aid which has been demonstrated through the discourse of foreign policy. The connotation of this concept mainly includes goal, motivation, principle, method and so on. Based on the analysis on discourse about China’s foreign aid, the goal of this concept is to achieve independent development of developing countries, the motivation to accomplish the achievement of co-development of international society, the principle to be the principle of sovereignty, and the method to seek truth from the facts.
