Abstract: The interlanguage, as an independent linguistic system, has its own systematicness, about which empirical studies are still absent. In terms of sentence pattern distribution and its complexity, there exist both similarities and differences between Chinese interlanguage employed by Korean overseas students and the language employed by native Chinese, and each bears its own characteristics, a comparison of closeness and exhaustiveness of two corpuses reveals. The usage of the sentence patterns employed by beginners to advanced learners also has internal consistency, and the utilization rate, complexity and error rate indicate the trend of a gradual move toward the target language. All of these conclusions prove that the interlanguage has its own systematicness from an empirical point of view.
