The Realization Path of Promoting the Construction of the Integration of the Ideological and Political Education into Colleges Curriculum through the PAD Class ——Take the Course Legal Protection of Female Rights as An Example

Abstract: This paper, by employing “presentation”-“assimilation”-“discussion” as the basic model and taking the in-depth teaching case of Legal Protection of Female Rights, one general law course for undergraduates, as an example, constructs the PAD teaching mode to realize the teaching mechanism of fostering character and civic virtue for an integration of ideological and political education into curriculum. The PAD class well runs the ideological and political elements of the course through the whole teaching process through which value shaping, knowledge transfer and ability training are realized. The core element to achieve this goal lies in teachers' role as leaders who establish mutual trust with students, encourage students to carry out critical thinking and independent thinking in a loose and inclusive classroom atmosphere, and guide students to actively learn and establish correct outlook on life and values, so as to crack the hard nut, the difficulty to integrate ideological and political construction into teaching.
