摘要: 为更好地适应环境、应对压力、提升幸福,研究者先后提出了个人成长、个人成长主动性、创伤后成长等概念。个人成长是指个体积极的自我改变。个人成长的测量工具有莱芙(Ryff)心理幸福感量表中的个人成长分量表、个人成长主动性量表和创伤后成长问卷。影响个人成长的因素有人口学变量、家庭环境、社会支持、认知重构、娱乐活动和社会文化等,对个体的职业认同、心理健康、幸福等都具有重要影响。促进来访者的个人成长是心理干预的核心内容。未来研究可进一步完善个人成长的结构、探讨个人成长的影响因素、采用更高级的研究方法、进一步完善个人成长的心理干预措施以提升心理健康水平。
