摘要: 高等教育虚拟国际化是数字时代高等教育国际化领域出现的新事物和新形式,针对高等教育虚拟国际化的进一步研究亟需国际经验与前沿概念的有效支持。梳理数字时代高等教育虚拟国际化的相关文献可知,高等教育虚拟国际化的研究视角主要集中于“在地国际化与课程”“境外国际化与交付”“全面国际化与过程”三方面。就高等教育虚拟国际化与高等教育“物理国际化”的关系而言,虚拟国际化对物理国际化具有替代与革新、辅助与补充作用。在已有研究中,学者主要从国家、教育和学生三个层面阐释了高等教育虚拟国际化的价值所在。高等教育虚拟国际化实践的理论探索则集中体现在实施动因、实践框架及实施方式方面。解决我国高等教育虚拟国际化问题,要加速高等教育虚拟国际化的理念转变,加快高等教育虚拟国际化的技术推广,加紧高等教育虚拟国际化的话语构建。
